Claims Processing

Get Data: We customize our billing service to meet your individual needs. We have the ability to remotely access your current database, networking our software with your office, or having your information scanned or faxed to us. We are able to use your existing billing system if preferred.

Coding/Data Entry: Your medical records are reviewed and coded by experienced professional coders. Superbills are entered into the billing system. Supervisory audits are performed before the next step.

File claims - Most claims are filed electronically and only a few will go on paper where necessary because of the limitations of a given insurance carrier.

Payments Posting – All Payments received are applied into the billing system. The medical office receives an EOB on the outcome of the claim.

Receivables Follow Up: Claims are continually worked on, resubmitted and processed until payment is received. Proactive follow up starts from the 22nd day from submitting the intial claim.

Revenue Recovery and Denial Management: Unpaid or underpaid receivables are followed up, reasons for non-payments are clarified and corrective measures are taken to recover the outstanding unpaid balance. All denials are worked on with relentless follow up accompanied by all necessary documentation, and following any special client guidelines where available.

Transcriptions

Our transcriptions model is completely automatic with alerts at predefined times to keep the managers and clients informed of what is happening during a transcription process. We provide the doctors with state-of-the-art digital recorders to record their voice and through our high speed communication lines transport the recorded voices to our highly reliable data servers from where ADS team works round the clock to pick up the voice files and transcribe them. ADS’ transcription centers are equipped with high-speed and secured communication lines.

As soon as a voice (doctor's recording) comes into our system, it becomes part of our workflow system and its movement towards meeting the client's requirement is monitored by our file monitoring system which can be queried at any point in time based on your requirement. You would be able to use our requirement monitoring system and place your priorities on the recordings. Based on these inputs, the files can be processed faster meeting your need. ADS data center contains data warehouse for large volume of data from which any previously handled document can be retrieved within seconds of passing a query.
